Shortbread

Mix:

1 block 250g soft butter

125g caster sugar

Add:

250g plain flour

125g cornflour

Make into dough.

Flatten into greased 8 inch square tin.

Prick all over.

Oven 150°C

Bake for 50 minutes until golden brown, sprinkle with sugar and cool in tin.
