Flapjacks
Melt:
200g
Caster Sugar
200g
Golden Syrup
200g
Margarine
Mix
with:
500g
Rolled Oats
Sunflower/pumpkin and linseeds
pinch of
cinnamon
good
handful chopped dates or currants
Pour
mixture into 8 inch square lined tin.
Press
down not too hard!
Oven 170°C
Bake for
30 mins until lightly golden.
Cool in
tin before slicing.
