Coffee and Walnut Cake

200g Margarine/Butter

200g Caster Sugar

200g Self Raising Flour

4 eggs

3 heaped teaspoons of instant coffee mixed with hot water

Teaspoon baking powder

Handful chopped walnuts

 

Mix together (in either kenwood chef or magimix or by hand)

Oven 170°C

Pour mixture into lined loaf tin.

Bake 45 mins.

Cool and add coffee butter icing.
